My sil Heather and I went to Super Supper today! My mil booked it for us about a month ago and then had surgery scheduled! She's doing well though and Heather and I had a great time :) If you haven't heard of Super Suppers, and you probably haven't as they are relatively new, they are a little place that helps you to prepare dinner. They have several meals planned each month, you sign up for the ones you want, and they have stations set up with everything pre-chopped and in some cases precooked, and all you have to do is measure and put in a baggie or metal food container.
The best part is I know have 6 meals ready in my fridge/freezer - and most of them are split in two at that!
I made:
Black bean and corn chicken cassarole
Breaded stuffed pizza bread (yum! had that for dinner)
Orange Chicken
Herb Crusted Chicken
Stuffed Turkey (with cheese and broccoli and a sauce over it)
Pork Chops with Cinn. Apples
Everything looks like it's going to be great - now I just have to make sure I don't burn it!!!
Abigale and I both have colds - hopefully I didn't sniffle all in the food I prepared! Abigale seems to be on the mend, she's been playing with her daddy for the last 30 min or so!
Speaking of playing - Robbie and Abigale play on her rocking horse each evening, it's become a little nightly ritual. Robbie has been rocking her and singing the theme to Lone Ranger. When he put Abigale on the horse today - I promise you - she mumbled out the first part of Lone Ranger - I couldn't believe it! And of course, she didn't do it again! :)
I've been working on a few new kits, but it's really slow going. I think my valentine kit should be done in a couple of days!

Aww, that Abigaile is such a character!! That would make a great layout - her on her horse with Daddy and their Lone ranger song.
